Journey

Dance journey is a carefully curated journey of music where movement is the method. To help you get out of your head and into your body.

 

Research has shown that we hold trapped emotions, trauma and stress in our bodies. Through dance we can not only create physical fitness but also heal unprocessed emotions, express suppressed parts of our personality and discover new levels of freedom and bliss. 

Dance has often been confined to classes or alcohol fuelled spaces. I am on a mission to help people come to understand that dance is as simple as moving your body, and when allowed to let go, you can fully surrender to incredible levels of joy and ecstasy.
